A coalition behind a new report called вЂњAll-In Cincinnati: Equity Is the trail to Inclusive Prosperity. thatвЂ™s the message of All-In CincinnatiвЂќ The report details Greater CincinnatiвЂ™s racial and disparities that are economic the way they hurt the location and exactly just what has to alter to result in equity.
On the list of findings:
The jobless rate for black employees in Hamilton County is nearly 3 times the jobless price for white workers. Also among residents with a degree that is bachelorвЂ™s greater, black colored employees tend to be more than doubly likely as white employees to be unemployed.
Among the list of countyвЂ™s college-educated employees, black colored employees make on average $23 each hour, that is $6 per hour not as much as just what white employees make on average.
